THE SITUATION OF JURISPRUDENCE IN AZERBAIJAN IN THE 20-60S OF THE XX CENTURY

The article deals with the establishment and development of jurisprudence in Azerbaijan, which was part of the Soviet Union in the 20s and 60s of the twentieth century. The author divides the development of science into three periods, showing the dynamics of the development of science in the mentioned periods.
