The journal is open for collaboration with all scientists and researchers abroad who are engaged in this field.

The manuscripts of scientists and researchers, scientific and pedagogical workers, which have not been published before, are acceptable for publication in the journal.

The manuscripts should be written in Azerbaijani and other Turkic languages, English, Russian.

All published research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous anonymous review by independent expert reviewers.

All manuscripts with two positive blind review will be accept by the Editorial Board of the Journal. The paper for publication in the journal will be sent to the authors via e-mail.

The Journal is published twice a year. The special issue of journal is also possible.
