COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE WORKING TIME OF WOMEN IN RUSSIA ACCORDING TO THE RSFSR Labor Code 1972 AND TK 2002

The author considers the features of the legal regulation of women's labor according the legislation of the Russian Federation during the period of the Labor Code of the RSFSR of 1972 and this Labor Code. There are the norms regulating certain issues of working time for pregnant women and women with young children in two legal acts and common features and differences in the article. In conclusion, the author makes categorical conclusions about the succession of labor legislation for the regulation of women's working time in the studied historical period of time.
